Liquid Manna is not associated with penicillin or the derivates of that product due to being an Anti Microbial Peptide Protein and not a drug or antibiotic such as penicillin.
There are no side effects with the Liquid Manna.
The ingredients are synthesized proteins from the Australian Salt Water Crocodile and Great White Shark emulsified as a dual protein enhanced with a catalyst (which is a trade secret) that increases the multiplication ratio of the dual protein properties.
